Our jewellery designs feature a variety of metal components, including sterling silver, gold-plated and rose gold-plated finishes.

Depending on the design, different metal options may be available. If you’re unsure about the metal components of a particular piece, please contact us before purchasing.

Yes! We understand that metal sensitivities can make finding the right jewellery a little tricky, but there are options available.

Depending on your sensitivity, we can offer alternative ear wires, including:

• Sterling Silver: An option for those who cannot tolerate plated ear wires.

• Rose Gold: A great alternative for those who experience discolouration with sterling silver but still love a silver-toned finish.

• 14ct Gold: For those who cannot tolerate gold-plated or gold-filled (rolled gold) ear wires, we can substitute 14ct gold ear wires into many of our designs for an additional cost.

If you have a particular metal sensitivity or are interested in a specific design, please get in touch. We can discuss the available options and help find a suitable alternative.

Please note that individual sensitivities vary, and we cannot guarantee that any particular metal will be allergy-free for everyone.

In many cases, yes! We can show you how to substitute different ear wires onto selected designs. Contact us with the piece you’re interested in, and we’ll discuss what’s possible.

Yes! We offer a one-year guarantee against manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase.

If an issue arises outside this period, a repair or replacement may still be possible depending on the nature of the issue.

General wear and tear is not covered under this guarantee.

We offer a repair service for many of our jewellery pieces. Common repairs, such as crystal or clasp replacements, can often be easily arranged.

If your piece needs a little TLC, get in touch with us to discuss the repair options.

If you’ve changed your mind or aren’t completely happy with your purchase, Crystalistic offers a full refund when the item is returned within 14 days of the purchase date, provided it is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was supplied.

This change-of-mind policy is separate from your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by our change-of-mind returns policy or one-year guarantee.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature and seriousness of the issue.

For a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. Please contact us if you experience an issue with your purchase so we can help.
