Product Returns & Refunds Policy

Crystalistic guarantees jewellery against manufacturing or material defects for 1 year from date of purchase.  Should an issue arise outside this period repair or replacement may still be possible depending on the nature of the issue.   General wear is not covered under this warranty.   A full repair service is offered with most repairs such as crystal or clasp replacement easily serviced.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees however if you change your mind or are not happy with your purchase Crystalistic will provide a full refund upon return within 14 days of the purchase date provided the item is returned in the same packaging and condition that it was supplied.
